Who I Am

I’m Nicole Partridge, an HR professional-in-transition with a background in long-term care and formal training in Human Resources Management from Simon Fraser University.
My experience working in healthcare taught me the value of empathy, structure, and clear communication—qualities I now bring into my HR practice. I believe that strong workplaces are built through thoughtful systems, emotionally intelligent leadership, and a focus on people and performance working together.
I’m especially passionate about employee engagement, workforce planning, and strategic HR initiatives that improve how teams function—from the inside out. I’m drawn toward, forward-thinking organizations where HR plays a meaningful, strategic role.
